This media is designed for Cross flow type cooling tower Construction and Materials PVC fill film type model, BURGED BF-17 designed with Integral louvers and eliminators each sheet. The high thermal performance and low pressure drop are balanced by the engineered design , flame retardants according to ASTM E-84 and maintaining the highest manufacturing standrad.

CONFIGURATION >>
The fill is designed specifically for crossflow cooling tower applications and contain a minimum of 195 square meters of wetted heat transfer surface per cubic meter. We can provide recommendations for the correct fill replacement to meet existing design criteria or improve upon older tower installation to achieve the specified thermal performance. Fil shal be instaled at least 50.8 mm. above the Cold-water basin for easy cleaning. Air inlet of the tower reduceing free of water splash-out. Drift eliminators is triple-pass designed which can limited drift loss at 0.005% of the design LPM flow rate. Air from the drift eliminators will discharge at a minimum angle of 45° from the horizontal.

BURGED will supply a fill characteristic line based on the CTI method of analysis to demonstrate the fill capability at the required design conditions. The vendor will guarantee fill performance as installed.
